Has anyone got any thought's on which is best Electric or Cold uncapping knife's also uncapping tray's is it possible to make one or would i be better puchasing one.
Hello, Kirk Boy I wonder if this would be better posted in the forum section rather than blogs (which are diaries)? I use a bread knife (wavy edge rather than closely serrated) over a roasting tin with a bit of wood across it. Cold, not hot, knife. Works fine for me!
