Can anyone tell me where I can buy fat free soya flour.
Why is ordinary soya flour unsuitable for the bees? How is the fat in it harmful for them?

the recipes in beekeeping sites say that when making pollen you should use fat free soya flour yet when I contacted them they cant tell me a supplier.
Kirk boy, it doesn't have to be fat free, provided the total fat content of the recipie is below around 7% see this thread

At last Adam there is a answer to fat free soya flour I am sure anyone reading your reply will be glad to have a answer that up till now the various bee site had not answered.
Some of the recipes I've seen contain substances I've never heard of or some substances that cannot be obtained easily. The above one can be made with 'high-street' ingredients (plus your own honey).
As Alexander says "Simples"
