Hi Kirk boy,
I have had a bit more chalk brood this year than usual. It is usually seen more in the spring when the colonies are not strong. Damp conditions also make it worse. Usually as the hive builds up, gets warmer and nectar flows start it usually goes away. If you feed bees that can sometimes help as well as changing some of your older brood frames. If it still is a problem them you may need to change your queen.

Thanks Jimbo, I don't know if I gave the Queen to much room however she is laying rapidly and I have consolidated the bottom box with sealed brood which hopefully will help with warmth. kirk boy.
