OK, bit of a general title but basically I think that it may be interesting -even illuminating to put together a list of which Universities and organizations are running serious research projects into aspects of bee behaviour/breeding/management/ecology and WHAT it is that they're studying.

Don't expect it to be a very long list(!).

I read PJ Stirling presumably the fruit grower near Arbroath and A. Scarlett beekeeping are working on bees delivering fungicide to soft fruit to protect them against botrytis (the fruit not the bees)
